The ServiceWA app helps you to connect with WA government services conveniently and securely. Since launching in 2022 the app continues to improve and evolve with new services being added regularly.
Why should I use the ServiceWA app?
The ServiceWA app allows you to access WA government services, offers such as the WA Student Assistance Payment, and information in one convenient location. A number of the most popular government services are already featured, with more on the way.
The ServiceWA app allows you to manage and personalise your Home screen providing fast access to the services you use the most.
Discovery – Find the government services you search for
Within the Discovery tab, you can find links to recently visited, linkable services and a list of the popular government services you can access.
Services that are linkable within the app:
Learn&Log
Learner drivers can use Learn&Log in the ServiceWA app to record their supervised driving hours online.
Learn&Log in the ServiceWA app enables learner drivers to conveniently log at least 50 hours of supervised driving, including at least 5 night hours, as they prepare for the practical driving assessment.
Learn&Log in the ServiceWA app will replace the existing Department of Transport Learn&Log app.

Emergency WA bushfire warning notifications
You can enable bushfire warning notifications to be sent to your mobile device based on your location. Visit the Discovery tab to link the service and make sure notifications are allowed. Find more information about Emergency WA’s bushfire warnings and FAQs here.
FuelWatch
Find the best fuel price deals across WA via the interactive map. For more information, visit the FuelWatch website.
SharkSmartWA
Stay informed about the latest shark sightings and warnings. For more information visit the SharkSmart website.
FishCatchWA
Gives recreational fishers a streamlined way to voluntarily track and analyse demersal catches in real-time, while supporting the recovery of valued demersal scalefish in WA. For more information visit the FishCatchWA website.
Unclaimed Money

DEMIRS Online Licence Search
The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety has a search tool to check if those operating in various industries are properly licensed to carry out regulated work. Previously called the Occupational Licence Search, the tool has been upgraded to Online Licence Search and is available on the DEMIRS website and ServiceWA app.

The Inbox tab is where you can receive messages from the app.
Account settings
You can manage your ServiceWA app notifications and services from your account. The account icon can be found in the top right-hand corner of your app screen. Here you can perform a variety of functions such as:
- Update your personal details.
- Manage your app notifications.
- Manage your services, where you can view enabled services and choose to disable those you no longer use.
- Adjust your accessibility settings.
- Get help and a tour of the app features.
- View the app’s Privacy Policy and Terms of use.
